if the cloud symbolizes the spirit of God so that in this moment of the dedication of the temple, the Spirit of God filled the temple; the power of the Spirit overwhelmed the ministry of the priests and takes over the whole ministry by Himself. That holy moment, God takes over superseding the power of the priests to minister. That was a consecration not anymore of the physical aspect of temple but the spiritual significance of the temple.
