1samual 18 14 BEHAVED WISELY To act in a particular way that is pleasing especially to God and others around you to conduct oneself with confidence and humility to serve faithful in spite of your circumstances always relying on God for the outcome know how to act and react under any given circumstances with discipline and integrity. Possessing the right attitude, the right insight, the right foresight and knowledge to discern and judge appropriately as to what is true and right.

This verse tells me that if Christians follow Davids example of how he behaved by using wisdom in all of his actions and his decisions then we can be bless in the same way as we folliw David's pattern in using wisdom in all of our ways, acts, and deeds. just as God was with David and blessed him, He will bless us also.
