Hello Della, for anger I would suggest finding as many precepts in the scriptures dealing with anger. Once you find those precepts, I would memorize them and repeat them frequently throughout your day. It will take time but this also builds patience. I have questions about myself in my anger a lot of times I am slow to anger until it comes down to my kids for our well-being it is hard sometimes for me to understand how normal it is in the sometimes I often feel the ground ,{{ raizes,Rises.
