The law required the reapplying of the blood of animals. This brought men's consciences to condemn themselves year by year for their failure to please and obey GOD. However, Jesus's blood and his ability to take all judgement & condemnation& guilt releases men from the burden of having to obey every aspect of the unforgiving LAW.
