Dear Lord, I give you my entire heart, soul and being. All of the training, studying and skills are yours. Each work that I do and the money I earn is done in your honor. I lay all of my hopes and aspirations at your feet. I pray that you will bless my work and find favor in all that I do. When I meet new challenges in my work, I pray that you will help me to overcome them and excel in my job. Please guide me throughout the day so that I may walk in your path in all that I do. Amen.

Protect me in this time away from home. When I return, go before me and give me favor with my doctors. I ask that this tumor would dry up and I am healed by Jesus dying on the Cross so I may give praise to you for a good report. And I shall tell of all of your mercy and grace and favor. Praise you Jesus forever, amen.

Prayer for peace and rest's comment on 2020-08-19 03:22:53:

You are the Comforter and the Healer.

I need your power in my life.

I feel a lot of anxiety and pressure right now. My mind is being attacked by the enemy of my soul. Heal my memories that I pray to forget.

I am pressuring myself,

attempting to either control, direct, or manage everything I care about.

I need you to manage me.

Take away the shame, calm my distress,

sooth my afflictions, relieve my groaning,

comfort my grief,

strengthen my weaknesses,

defeat my oppression,

remember my pain,

repair my brokenness,

defeat my terror,

reveal my confusion,

champion my injustices,

rescue me from danger.

You are my rock, refuge, rescuer,

confidante, leader, guide, deliverer,

safe haven, merciful judge, shelter,

sight, friend, preserver, champion.

My pressures are nothing to you.

My worries are almost laughable (except you would never laugh at me).

My future is secure in you.

My insecurities are unnecessary.

All my days are numbered.

Not one of them is lost to you.

Lord, teach me tonumbermy days

that I may live them for you,

every moment,

free of fear and anxiety,

I trust you and love you,

My times are in your hands; deliverme from my enemies [my own thoughts and emotions] and from those that pursue me. Let your face shine on yourservant; save me in your unfailing love. Let me not be put to shame, O Lord, for I have cried out to you; but letthe wicked be put to shame and lie silent in the grave." (Psalm 31:15-17)

In the Name of Jesus of Nazareth,

Amen.

Ask the Holy Spirit to help you clean any idols that are lost in your home. You're having spiritual warfare. You should pray this prayer at night before sleeping. The more Bible you get inside of you, the more peace you will have. It will help if you'll go on YouTube and view some spiritual warfare videos. I like Derek Prince.

I pray you will find peace and rest for your soul.

Mishael

(continuing comment). How precious is our salvation then: this gift that we hang onto tenaciously in a life of godliness & love. Rom 5:20 "..But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound", i.e. there is not too great a sin that God's Grace cannot cover.

Chris's comment on 2020-04-22 23:46:27:

All Scripture pertaining to the Mercy of God granted to us through His Son, shows us that we don't have license to sin because of the Grace afforded us. Heb 10:26 speaks of those who were apparently saved, or at least, believed themselves to be, & rejected Christ forever, preferring the offerings of the world. Then there are those who firmly believe that once we are saved, our subsequent carelessness in life, doesn't void our salvation & eternal life. But Phil 2:12: "...work out your own salvation with fear & trembling"; i.e. now that you are saved, keep close tabs on your new life with great seriousness. 1 Pet 4:18 "and if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly & sinner appear"; i.e. we are saved by the "skin of our teeth". (see following comment).

Darlene's comment on 2020-04-22 11:36:28:

I take it to mean that God's grace is not a l license to sin.

Allen's comment on 2015-09-02 19:22:35:

I think the verse is saying. If You purposely sin because You are saved by the grace of Jesus Christ. Then You will not be forgiven until You repent of that sin. You can't have Your cake and eat it too.

randey's comment on 2015-07-24 19:05:11:

What is being discussed is a total abandonment of your faith in the Lord a walking away, a total denial that Jesus is Lord after having tasted of His goodness and mercy. If you allow that to occur in your heart, there is no forgiveness for that and no one to forgive you, for the only One that could, you now deny.

You will loose your Salvation. I too don 't beleive of that saying, "once you save you are always save ". Jesus didn 't die for nothing. There 's a different between "forgiveness " and "remission " of sins. Forgive means forget but remission means there in NO more evidence on it. Our sin has been forgotten and completely wipe off by the blood of Jesus. It is what it is as the bible say Heb 10:26. If we sin "Wifully " after.... There it is. Please read Romans 6:1-2 That is what the completion of this verse. Thank you.

The comment about salvation is true you are always saved the work of removing sin is done by The Lord not us. Grace is a gift we get to endure what we go through to remove sin.

Saved in hebrew means delivered..once saved always saved is a lie the devil wants you to believe..Jesus died for our sins not so that you could sin that was gracious enough, however some of you think that grace alone will get you into heaven all the while you continue to live a sinful life you are sadly mistaken...those that 's living off grace don 't really live God you just appreciate him BUT those that are lead by the spirit and not willfully sin and truly love the Lord will enter into his kingdom...Never believe that you can accept Jesus as your savior and live in sin and expect to go to heaven. Once save always saved is the biggest lie the devil told!!

sam's comment on 2014-05-13 16:07:34:

This passage is addressed to the Jews and not to the gentiles. Any scripture that is based on the law and not GRACE is obsolete it does not apply to you unless you are a self righteous Pharisee. Most of the teachings of Jes s were based on the law not grace because he came to fulfill the law. But the law was nailed to the cross and was canceled according to the apostle Paul. The book of Ephesians says "For by grace you have been saved through faith and that not of yourself it is the gift of God, not by works lest you should boast. " Salvation is a gift, if you work for it, it 's no longer a gift. We are no longer under the law. We now are under the new management called "Grace. " Your acceptance of Christ as your savior is your signature in your "contract of adoption ". It is signed by Jes s with his blood and sealed by the holy ghost. You are now an adopted child of the most high as per the contract. What the King has written cannot be changed and it cannot be revoked not even by the king himself. Thus once saved always saved. "Surrender the immoral person to sat n that his body be destroyed and his soul may be saved in the day of the Lord, " says Paul the ap stle. So rest assured friends your salvation is 1000 guaranteed, regardless of what you do or not do. Your works has something to do with your rewards but it has nothing to do with your eternal salvation, It is all by grace through faith. See you in heaven, I 'll visit you in your mansi n. You will know as you are known.

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.>>>Galatians 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.(NOTE:no one is ever justifed by the law now as per Galatians 3:11-13)>>>>Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their OWN righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.Romans10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.>>>Now, Listen to OUR LORD JESUS say it, and believe on the FATHER. Why? He said it's needed.>>>John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Praise him now!! Peace be with you!>>John 11:26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Tony p's comment on 2013-08-29 19:22:02:

We know that GOD will forgive us for all of our sins but our confession and asking for forgiveness must be sincere and we must be sorry for our sins. But to continually sin after knowing the truth without having any guilt there remains no sacrifice, you see what we fail to understand that GOD knows our hearts and minds and he knows if we are sorry or if we are just mocking him. I believe that this scripture is very important to todays church. GOD said that sinners are still going to hell! Saved sinners as well as unsaved! He said all liars, and whoremongers and fornicators etc... not just the unsaved. That's why he said, many will say Lord, Lord.

Bruce's comment on 2013-08-03 19:30:32:

As with all of the scripture, this verse needs to be interpreted within the context of what the writer is addressing. My understanding of this letter is that it is addressing Hebrew believers who, enduring great persecution, were returning back to the practices of Judaism. This is one of the reasons why the writer is spending so much time expounding the surp***ing excellency of Christ and the New Covenant in comparison with Moses and the Old. My understanding of this particular p***age is that the writer is not merely addressing a falling into sin or even the willful choice to sin (is not all sin, a choice of the will?). Instead, I believe the writer is addressing the forsaking of the faith in Christ and returning to the Jewish faith. If we look at it that way, it would be easy to understand that 'there remaineth no more sacrifice for sin because the only effectual sacrifice is that of Christ on the cross which the apostate has abandoned and to return to the old order is to go back to a mode of sacrifice which has been rendered ineffective in that the sacrifices of the old order have been replaced by the sacrifice of the Lamb of God. In short, to turn away from the New Covenant is to reject the only effective means of the cleansing of sin and be left with no means for cleansing whatsoever.
