In that He Himself suffered being tempted, is able to help those that are being tempted. Jesus the captain of our salvation was made perfect through suffering. Therefore we must arm ourselves with the same mind set as Christ, knowing that He is our faithful high Priest, who understands our weaknesses, and is able to give grace and mercy to help us.
