Is it true that the greek version of this passage grammatically follow after the Hebrew version where a subject can be plural and the following verb is singular like ELOHIM created.... plural subject created and following verb is singular?

Its a wonderful verse for me as a female, to think that God will take care of me as a husband for his wife, very comforting verse for me. HALLELUYAH
