Since the seals have been taken off the book, we must take verses such as this to indicate that we are to trust God to reveal HIS secrets to his servants the prophets(Amos 3:7 Matt. 23:34). But we are unable to do that unless He gives us a new heart(Eze36:25-28) wherein dwelleth righteousness. the milk of the word is a literal reading of the scriptures,( Heb 5:14) whereas the MEAT,which comes by the study of God's word, comparing spiritual things with spiritual (1 Cor 2:13)is wisdom and knowledge that ONLY GOD can give. Seek HIS mercy, Seek HIS truth.
