To Alex: Please look again where you will find the identity of Elihu. You'll find his identity in Job 32:2.

John Fungo's comment on 2010-07-30 00:15:22:

Job 33:15 Shows us that God speaks to his people and the simplest way to talk is through dreams, for every human being who has been created in God's image have dreams. There is no way we can meet God except through the dreams, and dreams are a prophetic language of God. So whatever the dream one gets, be it bad or good comes from God, why? see verse no 16-17
