It 's been said that the only thing in heaven that is man made is the scares in the body of Jesus. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is the clearest declaration that Jesus is LORD. Romans 1:4 states and declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. Here Jesus is standing in the presence of his disciples and others, not in spirit form but in human form where they could touch, him talk to him, watch him eat. This would transform their lives to where they would go to their deaths confessing the Lordship of Jesus. The Christian faith stands on the truth of the resurrection. it means Jesus did not die in the cross i believe him he wont lie as the pastors are doing.

In verse 49, they are to wait in the city until he comes.
