Golgotha is a word taken from the Chaldean language, 'gagulta' & Hebrew, 'gulgolet', meaning 'skull'. And then 'Calvary' is from the Latin, 'Calvariae Locus'. The exact reason why that area just outside Jerusalem was called 'a place of a skull' is not certain. Options are: it was a place of public execution and 'Skull Hill' somewhat resembled the shape of a skull.

The fact of Golgotha by its meaning & executions there, shouldn't deter you from 'eating bones', at least the flesh of the bones. Eating flesh of animal bones should be fine & you won't be taken to task for doing so, by God.

I am curious about Golgatha which called Place of a skull. I am wondering about eating bones?
