I am not understand the answer to Mark 9:38 by Jesus Himself..it seems to give credence to the casting out of Demons by anyone using the name of Christ,as they do today..And most who do this thing today are self appointed and do use the name of Christ..although they do it for gain of fame and money..and the gifts were appointed unto the Apostles in that day..the 12 for the purpose of spreading the Gospel..since unlike we today have the completed Word in writing..We rely on Jesus alone when we are Born again to do these miracles within us..for the Holy Spirit resides within us,we need on Him and no man to lay hands upon us to cast out what is no longer in us..for darkness and light cannot exist together..we have no need to speak another language with interpretation..and so forth about the Gifts..and of course we have all the prophecy we need within the contents of God 's Holy word...the scripture of Mark 39 seems to coincide with what Paul wrote about those preaching in Christs name who did not follow Him..to not rebuke them because it is still Christ preached..it also appears to give credence to False teachers of today..that we should not rebuke or chastise them either? but somehow in my belief and my heart I cannot see that it is so..there is something I am missing in my understanding of what Christ Means in these scriptures, and I want to understand the truth in my witness to others for Christ Jesus.
