In God's eyes, you were married until death. If no adultry form either partner is apparent, then in the eyes of God you are still married. Re-marrying will only be looked upon as adultry in the eyes of the Lord.

does this verse have anything to do with divorce of the christian if there has been no adultry?if so are you still married in Gods eyes if when you got divorced through the courts you didnt know better? and are you free to remarry?
