Only 10 of the people in the church does all the work. There is a very few that will work when the harvest is plenteous. We need to pray for others that need help. God be the Glory.

The harvest is ready to be gathered in. I as a child of God are to go and gather in that which is harvested of God. There are few reapers : I need to gather in more lost sheep for the house of God. Under His anointing and unction of Holy Spirit I can go on and labor for the Lord.

Sometimes you may look around and wonder if anyone appears to be ready. But the spiritual realm is the realm of faith, where you trust in the reality of the unseen based on God s sure word. The harvest is plentiful, not because it always looks that way, but because Jesus said so.
