To live is Christ could mean that him fulfilling the will of Christ that if not for Christ he would not have anything to live for. The gospel commited to him was the only thing keeping him alive if he should live. To die is gain means that he will certainly put a permanent stop to his gospel suffering and also enable meet with Jesus whose gospel he has been defending and receive the crown of glory.

In totally agreement, these are my favorite verses! Should by death occur before the Lord 's return Rapture of the Body of Christ , I 've told my children that if they do nothing else, they absolutely have to have these verses read aloud! Each time I read these verses I 'm so thrilled I get goose-bumps! Love to all the sisters and brother in Christ. World without end.

To the BROWN FAMILY, AND the State of Missouri. I extend scripture Romans 8 35 39 who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? as it is written, for thy sake we are KILLED all day long we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. nay in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that LOVE us. For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor principalities, nor power, nor things present, nor things to come.
