Very practical advice from the bible. It encourages to think before you speak hear all sides of a matter. This simple verse can be applied today in relationships within the family or friendships. A husband and wife can apply this scripture in listening to their spouse and their feelings when an argument arises. When there are rumors about your friend listen to the and their side before making a judgement. This one little scripture is powerful, and if applied, can make a positive change in our lives!

Yes! It actually shows that someone is a fool, giving an answer to something you haven 't heard. God gave us the spirit of sound mind!!

You should hear the whole thing before you answer
noone knows what the other person is going to say so don't answer until you hear it all.
