I need intercessors to pray for me. I have been hurt by not one but three church leaders in the last few years. The first one has contacted the next two with false accusations against me and even though I have tried to find a church I can be a part of, I am seeing that short of a miracle I will not. I thought I was the "only one " this has happened to but have seen similar testimonies and can 't believe the way leaders are sometimes treating the sheep in their congregations. First of all, the two have never spoken directly with me to get to the truth but assumed this first pastor can do no wrong and instead of having a meeting with the two of us, decided to believe him without giving me a chance to say anything. Today is Sunday and I am without a church home because of this. I attended the first church faithfully for over two decades now I feel forgotten. There is pain in my heart that is intensified because it involves pastors yes they are human, but shouldn 't they be an example to us, not a stumbling block. Anyway, Prov. 18 14 about a wounded spirit is where I am right now. I forgive them and then a few days later, the pain wells up again and I have to speak forgiveness all over again. I am very weary now of christian leaders as I hear more and more about how they seem to be lording their authority over us. The bible is very clear on this issue. But I 'm still hurting.
