This verse shows that we should not make our own rules of what is right and what is wrong in our own eyes. Our wisdom is very inferior compared to the wisdom of God and we must recognize that fact and let God direct our steps. We must not set the standards for ourselves as to what is good and what is bad. We must look to God's word.
