I understand that Jerusalem in that Scripture speaks about the city itself. It's meaning is generally understood to be "Foundation of Peace". Jerusalem has had a long history but in biblical days, it was occupied by the Jebusites until the time of King David who managed to capture the city by stealth (see 2 Samuel chapter 5).

Does the word Jerusalem in Ps.122:6 has a different meaning, which does not reflect the country of Jerusalem directly...?

We are to pray for the peace of Jerusalem for they shall prosper that love her. The Lord surrounds Jerusalem as the mountains with His protection. Even so come Lord Jesus.
