The whole world will be deceived according to the Word; however a few will come out of the deception taught by Babylon( the traditional Christian Church). The world does consist of seven continents, including all people. Jesus said the Word ( truth) will go out to the whole world, then the end will come, but few will be saved. Most will stay in the churches which taught lies for self gain and pleasure, rather than truth which honors the Word of God. What was taught as worship was really a defilement and abomination against God, making His Word of no effect.

Look at the woman (a woman is a church in prophecy) This woman sits on seven mtns. So it must mean that this is a place. So this church sits upon these mtns. The City of the seven hills. There is only one place this can be refering to Vatican. Vatican is called the city of teh seven hills. Vatican is the Roman Catholic Church. Gods people who are wise will reserch this out and will know. Gods blessing upon your study.
